CREDIT REPAIR PROCESS
STEP 1: Provide applicant with a complete detailed credit analysis (reviewing the applicant’s credit report to help identify potential inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable information)
STEP 2: Calculate the strength of their credit profile to develop a personalized strategy to address and resolve applicant’s past credit issues to assist them achieving and maintaining a positive credit profile. APPLICANT WILL BE CHARGED $250 DOWN PAYMENT & $200 MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS.
STEP 3: Dispute negative items to be deleted from the credit bureaus (Experian, Transunion, Equifax). The credit repair time frame is determined by the severity of the applicant’s credit profile.
STEP 4: Negative items that are not deleted in each dispute round will be reprocessed until they are deleted.
STEP 5: Implement credit profile building strategies and methods to enhance client’s credit scores and profiles.
NOTE: Client is required to have a credit monitoring account monthly subscription for $30.99 with Smart Credit for the duration of the credit repair process to track the fluctuations of the client’s credit scores with the major credit bureaus.
CREDIT REPAIR FEE- $250 CREDIT REPAIR FEE ($200 Monthly Autodraft Payment)
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION: YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIAGTION WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE DATE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED. IF YOU CANCEL AFTER 48 HOURS YOU WILL RECEIVE RECEIVE 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT FEE. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AFTER 90 DAYS FROM WHEN THIS CONTRACT IS SIGNED. REFUNDS UNDER THIS CONTRACT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN TEN DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE.
